Day 01 Arrival and Orientation

  • Depart from Dehradun Railway Station at 7:30 am.
  • Travel from Dehradun to Sankri (200 km, 8-hour drive).
  • Expected arrival time in Sankri at 5:00 pm.
  • Evening snacks, dinner, and stay in a guest house.
  • Short briefing, instructions, and document collection in the evening.

Day 02 Sankri to Chilurgad Trek

  • Morning tea and breakfast at the guest house at 8 am.
  • Packed lunch for the trek.
  • Trek briefing and important instructions by the Trek Leader.
  • 1-hour drive from Sankri to Taluka.
  • 10 km trekking in 6 to 7 hours. Altitude gain from 6,400 ft to 8,650 ft.
  • Evening snacks, dinner, and camping at Chilurgad.

Day 03 Chilurgad to Simantra Trek

  • Morning tea and breakfast at Chilurgad.
  • Start trekking from Chilurgad to Simantra.
  • 9 km trekking in 5 to 6 hours. Altitude gain from 8,650 ft to 8,980 ft.
  • Lunch, evening snacks, dinner, and camping at Simantra.

Day 04 Explore Har ki Dun Valley

  • Morning tea at Simantra and preparation for reaching Har ki Dun valley.
  • Packed lunch and trekking to Har ki Dun. Altitude gain from 8,980 ft to 11,700 ft.
  • Explore Har ki Dun, group pictures, and description of peaks and valley by guide.
  • Descend to Simantra (10 km trekking in 6 to 7 hours).
  • Evening snacks, dinner, and camping at Simantra campsite.

Day 05 Descend to Chilurgad via Osla Village

  • Morning tea and breakfast at Simantra.
  • Packed lunch for the descent to Chilurgad via Osla village.
  • 9 km trekking in 5 to 6 hours. Altitude drop from 8,980 ft to 8,650 ft.
  • Evening snacks and dinner at Chilurgad campsite.

Day 06 Descend to Taluka and Return to Sankri

  • Morning tea and breakfast at Chilurgad.
  • Packed lunch for the descent to Taluka and drive back to Sankri.
  • 10 km trekking in 7 to 8 hours. Altitude drop from 8,650 ft to 6,400 ft.
  • Evening snacks and dinner at Sankri guest house.

Day 07 Departure

  • Morning tea and breakfast at the guest house.
  • Certificate distribution and group photo before departure.
  • Drive back to Dehradun from Sankri (200 km, 8-hour drive).
  • Expected arrival time in Dehradun between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
